Key Responsibilities- Network Maintenance and Support: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the stability and security of our network infrastructure.
- Incident Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve network-related incidents within contracted service level agreements (SLAs).
- Network Security: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect our network from unauthorized access and malicious activity.
- Network Monitoring and Analytics: Use advanced tools to monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience with network protocols, including GRE, IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, and 802.11.
- Networking Certifications: CCNA or higher (CCNP highly valued).
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and client-facing skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Security Clearances: Ability to obtain or currently hold relevant security clearances (SC and/or NPPV).
- Driving License: Full, current driving license.
- Network Maintenance and Upgrades: Experience with performing network maintenance and system upgrades, including IOS upgrades, service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
- Security Practices and Standards: Awareness of recognized security practices and standards.
