Job Summary

About the Role

  • As Operations Manager, you will be the lead driver of operational excellence, working closely with the General Manager to ensure that our hotel meets the highest standards of service and quality.
  • You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and guest services.
  • You will work closely with the HOD team to drive key metrics and ensure that our hotel is consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • You will be responsible for managing the hotel's workforce, including scheduling, training, and development.
  • You will work flexibly across the week, including evenings and weekends, to ensure that our hotel is always ready to meet the needs of our guests.
