Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at our service in Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of our team, you will provide personalized support to our service users, empowering them to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet the unique needs of our service users
  • Conduct risk assessments and write support plans to ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent service and promote a culture of equality and diversity
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to service users, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of our services

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care setting or health and social care field
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, as part of a rota system
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Commitment to equality and diversity, and a positive approach to supporting people with learning disabilities
