Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead our IT function as Head of IT. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing an IT strategy that supports the business goals of our client, a leading manufacturer in the FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a clear and robust IT strategy that aligns with the business objectives of our client
• Project management, including resourcing, financial reporting, scheduling, and implementation
• Ensure system stability and performance
• Software and data management
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals

Requirements:

• 3 years' experience in leading an IT function
• ~5 years' experience in a MS server environment
• ~3 years' experience in data management and report requirements and building
• Able to operate effectively in a high-volume FMCG operation
• Possess a good understanding of latest training, learning, and development techniques
• Demonstrable experience of instigating, managing, and delivering programs or projects both inside the IT department and throughout operations
