Position Overview: We are in search of a skilled Assistant Culinary Leader to become part of our Michelin-starred, multi-AA Rosette awarded fine dining establishment in North Wales. This esteemed position is ideal for a culinary professional who excels in creating outstanding dishes and leading a team towards sustained Michelin acclaim. Our establishment is situated in one of the UK's most scenic locations, and we take pride in a menu that draws inspiration from local, seasonal ingredients, providing a distinctive culinary journey.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Culinary Leader in a Michelin Star or similarly high-standard culinary environment, ideally within a hotel
  • Expert knowledge of British cuisine and advanced culinary techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and present dishes showcasing seasonal ingredients and personal culinary style
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring and leading a team to culinary excellence
