We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to perform both planned and reactive maintenance at client sites. The ideal candidate will be diligent and committed to upholding the highest standards of service. Professional interaction with clients and tenants is essential.

Responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer include:

  • Executing Planned Maintenance of Building Engineering Services to ensure adherence to specifications, PPM schedules, and procedures.
  • Responding to emergency call-out requests to maintain operational continuity for clients.
  • Performing tasks in accordance with Apleona Technical Services Quality Assurance Systems while complying with Health and Safety protocols.
  • Managing contract operations proactively to minimize issues with building environmental systems.
  • Ensuring effective communication with both the client and the company regarding relevant information.
  • Recognizing the significance of energy management and operating the contract to benefit the long-term interests of the customer.
  • Collaborating with specialist subcontractors and engineers from other disciplines to ensure efficient plant operation without client disruption.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Formal electrical qualifications
  • BS7671 18th Edition certification
  • Electrical CompEx Ex01R – Ex04R certification is desirable but not mandatory
  • Knowledge and experience in maintaining pumps, motors, and control systems
  • Experience in the petroleum industry is advantageous
  • Valid UK Driving Licence

Comprehensive training will be provided upon starting, ensuring you have all the necessary tools to excel in your role. Previous experience in a similar environment is expected.

You will work 37.5 hours per week and have access to Apleona employee benefits from your first day.
