Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Site Agent for our environmental agency framework. This role is based in the Kent & Sussex region and involves overseeing the construction phase of assigned projects or sections of larger schemes. You will be responsible for receiving and issuing instructions, as well as providing direction to ensure the successful execution of construction activities as directed by the Project Manager.

  • Experience in civil engineering projects
  • Demonstrated technical and project management skills
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Understanding of CDM regulations and their implementation
  • Capability to develop Work Package Plans and Task Briefing Sheets, ensuring safe work systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental considerations relevant to project environments
  • Required experience in construction
  • CITB SMSTS or equivalent certification
  • CSCS certification
  • Temporary Works Coordinator qualification
