Job Title: Multi Trade Operative

We are seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join our team in Exeter.

The successful candidate will be a mobile operative and engineer responsible for responding to and completing repairs as directed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and other similar activities within domestic and other properties.
  • Utilizing all aspects of your specialist trade and secondary/multi trades to diagnose faults and implement remedies on the first visit to the property.
  • Ensuring maintenance works are completed safely to SHE requirements, delivered efficiently, and to a professionally high standard.
  • Working flexibly, alone or within a team, and completing works within required timescales and deadlines.
  • Contributing to the ongoing development and skills of trainees, apprentices, and other professional development.

The post holder will also provide an out-of-hours service provision on a rota or other basis.
