Civil Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team in Birmingham. As a Civil Engineer, you will provide design services for a range of projects, including surface and foul water drainage design, highway design, earthwork strategies, and utility coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance project delivery and company competitiveness.
- Proven experience in civil engineering design, with a strong understanding of design software, including MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage, Causeway Flow, and Civil 3D.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
