Lead Chassis Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Chassis Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the design and development of significant components and systems related to chassis systems and components on a range of new motorcycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-quality chassis components and systems.
  2. Lead the development of concept and detail CAD designs and drawings.
  3. Work closely with suppliers and external service providers to ensure quality design and feasibility.
  4. Approve concept and detail CAD designs and drawings.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in automotive design engineering, preferably in the motorcycle industry.
  2. Proven track record of leading the design and development of quality components and systems for new class-leading motorcycles.
  3. Strong understanding of motorcycle chassis design and its interaction with powertrain and electronics.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal departments and external partners.
