As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that encourages children to learn, grow, and thrive. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement engaging activities, programs, and resources that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.

Our nursery offers a unique and supportive work environment that prioritizes work-life balance. We offer up to 50 paid days off work per year, allowing you to recharge and pursue your passions outside of work. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years
  • Develop and implement engaging activities, programs, and resources that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children
  • Work closely with our experienced team to create a nurturing and stimulating environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our nursery's policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Early Years qualification (Level 2-6)
  • Experience working with young children (0-5 years)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate, ranging from £11.77 to £14.27, depending on your qualifications and experience. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:
