Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Renal Nurse to join our team at our Eastbourne clinic. As a Renal Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing care to patients with kidney disease, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee care plans for renal patients
  • Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems
  • Review pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients
  • Provide holistic care to patients, including emotional and psychological support

Requirements

  • NMC Registered General Nurse
  • Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct
  • Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care
  • Excellent English communication skills
