About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Creative Coordinator to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of innovative retail experiences across our physical stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver store design concepts that align with our brand strategy and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, project management, and external agencies, to bring store development projects to life.
  • Coordinate the design and programme process for store development projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Work closely with our project teams, designers, and external manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality store experiences that meet our brand standards.
  • Drive efficiencies and cost savings across all store development projects, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail project management, with a focus on store development and design.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including store layout, visual merchandising, and customer experience.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Valid working rights for the EMEA countries.
