Job Title: Medical Technical Support Engineer

Oncology Systems Limited is a leading supplier of state-of-the-art radiotherapy solutions to the oncology healthcare sector. We are seeking a skilled support engineer to provide comprehensive service support for our portfolio of products installed in the UK & Ireland and for our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day service support for a range of radiotherapy and imaging software and electro-mechanical equipment, including installation, upgrade, preventative and reactive maintenance, and repair of systems both remotely and at customer sites.
  • Offer introductory training for customers, including radiotherapy physicists, radiographers, and medical doctors.
  • Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, utilizing excellent interpersonal skills and technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless support and maintenance of our products.
Requirements:
  • Engineering background with working experience in computer and network systems.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer relation skills.
  • Ability to work in a hospital or similar environment, with extensive product training provided.
