Compliance Investigator

Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a skilled Investigator to join our Ethics and Compliance team. As an Investigator, you will play a critical role in upholding our company's values and ensuring a culture of integrity.
The successful candidate will conduct thorough investigations into alleged violations of our Code of Ethics and other policies, working closely with the Director of Ethics and Compliance Investigations and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for reviewing evidence, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records of complaints and investigations.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in investigations, preferably in a law firm, in-house, law enforcement, or forensic accounting setting. A BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on complex investigations and contribute to the development of our Ethics and Compliance program. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into alleged violations of our Code of Ethics and other policies
- Review evidence, including electronically stored information and forensic data
- Prepare reports and executive summaries documenting findings and case details
- Maintain accurate records of complaints, assessments, investigations, and outcomes
