Job Description

Job Title: Senior Traffic Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Traffic Engineer to join our West Midlands team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering traffic and local safety schemes, as well as managing public consultations and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver traffic and local safety schemes
  • Manage public consultations and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement transportation solutions
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Experience in the design and delivery of traffic and local safety schemes
  • Good understanding of UK design guidelines such as DMRB, TSRGD, LTN and MfS guidance
  • Skilled in TRO applications and procedures
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and AutoCAD
  • Desirable: Membership of relevant professional institution and full UK driving licence
