PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Meet sales objectives through customer retention, upselling, and attracting new clients.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat, effectively identifying and fulfilling customer needs.
- Conduct outbound calls to clients, evaluating their needs and suggesting solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our offerings, services, and market trends.
- Work collaboratively with various departments to support the overall aims of the sales team.
- Assess potential clients to uncover business needs through strategic questioning.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent interpersonal abilities with confidence in communication across all levels.
- Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing customer relationships.
- Self-driven with strong organizational skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new products efficiently.
- Experience in Telesales or Telecommunications is advantageous.
