We are seeking a talented Backend Developer with expertise in Python to join our growing team at Back-Factory.

As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining fast, responsive, and robust application processes for our web-based financial platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements and user stories into high-quality, responsive applications.

- Develop reusable components and backend libraries for future use, ensuring scalability and efficiency.

- Implement and maintain state management solutions and testing scenarios.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

- Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any bugs or issues promptly.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in backend development and fintech industry.

Requirements:

- Proven experience developing web applications using Python and C.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate ideas and solutions effectively.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Postgres, MongoDB, SQL.

- Knowledge of financial services industry or fintech products.

- Familiarity with peer and regression testing.

- Experience with other backend frameworks/libraries such as Django, Ruby.
