Job Title: NPI Engineer

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an experienced NPI Engineer to join our innovative process engineering team at Eynsham. This full-time engineering role is based in Eynsham, Oxfordshire, and offers an attractive salary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design manufacturing processes from concept to production, ensuring parts and materials are fit for both purpose and efficient manufacture with high yield.
  • Develop and implement new processes and manufacturing equipment to enable our new product and continuous improvement agendas.
  • Work closely with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to ensure final product designs are suitable for volume manufacture.
  • Implement robust feedback mechanisms between departments, and communicate lessons learnt once products are in production.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Engineering, Science, manufacturing (or a related subject) or equivalent experience.
  • Substantial and varied technical experience in manufacturing and process engineering.
  • Experience in taking the lead on NPI projects.
