Role Overview

As the Retail Operations Manager, you will lead the store team to drive sales and enhance profitability while delivering exceptional service. Your focus will be on surpassing store KPIs and upholding company standards, all while representing JD Group with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

  • Ensure customer loyalty through exemplary service.
  • Address inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Promote consistency within your team to achieve superior service levels.
  • Understand and leverage customer satisfaction metrics, including NPS.

Sales Management

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize Oracle reports for informed sales strategies.
  • Manage in-store devices to broaden product offerings.
  • Analyze store dashboard metrics to enhance customer engagement.

Visual Merchandising

  • Implement weekly visual merchandising briefs to maintain high standards.
  • Engage customers through innovative visual displays.
  • Ensure visibility and proper placement of new and promotional products.
  • Update mannequins and displays in line with merchandising guidelines.

Training & Development

  • Foster team development and career progression.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to uphold high standards.
  • Monitor internal progression and ensure completion of E-Assessments.
  • Prioritize management development through our Trainee Management Academy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in retail management is preferred.
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
