Job Overview:
As a member of our Ilkley crew, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our customers. You will be responsible for greeting and serving customers, processing sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and thank customers, ensuring a warm and friendly experience.
  • Provide exceptional service, utilizing your knowledge to help customers find the best products.
  • Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently and accurately.
  • Process deliveries and maintain stock levels.
  • Contribute to general housekeeping and tidying of the store.
  • Stay up-to-date with company activity and promotions.
  • Support floor moves, sale set-ups, and launches.
  • Adhere to FatFace policies and procedures.
