Manufacturing Operations Manager

Join a leading FMCG company in East Hampshire as a Manufacturing Operations Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production department. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the production department, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
  • Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee quality control, safety, and monitor production KPIs to ensure high-quality products.
  • Work with the Plant Manager and site Engineers on Continuous Improvement incentives and strategies to drive business growth.
  • Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability, making informed decisions to drive business success.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the FMCG industry, specifically in an Engineering & Manufacturing role.
  • Excellent knowledge of production management and quality standards.
  • Strong ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Working knowledge of performance evaluation metrics.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of £70,000 - £90,000 per year.
  • 20% Discretionary Performance Bonus.
  • 25 days holiday, increasing each year with service to a maximum of 30 days.
  • Birthday holiday (non-contractual).
