About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Beauty Advisor to join our team at No7 Beauty Company. As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect beauty products to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations using our latest skincare and makeup products
  • Meet sales targets and promote our No7 offers and in-store promotions
  • Complete our award-winning 12-month Skin School development program
  • Share knowledge and tips with your wider store team to create a vibrant and supportive working environment
  • Ensure your counter is beautifully presented to showcase our range of No7 skincare and beauty products

Working Hours

Your basic hours will be 15 per week, with shifts between 9am and 7pm, including weekends. Exact shift patterns will be discussed at interview stage.
