Corporate Associate Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious Corporate Associate to join our highly regarded Legal 100 firm in the Thames Valley. This role would suit an experienced associate or senior Solicitor with a strong track record in corporate law, looking to grow their career in a leading independent law firm.

About the Role

As a Corporate Associate, you will be responsible for advising large corporate clients, ambitious investee companies, and high net worth individuals on M&A, early stage investments, reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, option schemes, and other day-to-day corporate law matters. You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of corporate transactional and advisory work, including Private M&A, Private Equity, and Joint Venture agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising clients on M&A, Private Equity, and Joint Venture agreements
  • Assisting with reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, and option schemes
  • Providing day-to-day corporate law advice to clients
  • Working closely with the corporate team to deliver high-quality results
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A strong academic record and a recognized law degree
  • Relevant corporate law experience gained with a recognized regional or London commercial firm
  • A proven track record or keen interest in business development and client relationship management
  • A commercial approach and excellent IT/keyboard skills
