Academic Quality Assurance Manager

Nicholas Associates Group is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving quality processes through construction activities, ensuring client and building regulation specifications are adhered to while driving industry best practices through the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, manage, and promote the company's QA processes and standards, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Ensure the company and all key personnel understand and have available to them all pertinent quality-related legislation, standards, and specifications.
- Support construction teams in the delivery of quality practices through coaching, training, and hands-on support.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on matters relating to QA, including clients, NHBC, internal procurement, and commercial teams.
- Establish and manage a program that monitors quality assurance-related performance, providing regular reviews and updates across the group.
- Manage the QA process, ensuring all works have the appropriate QA checks completed.
- Undertake and/or coordinate QA-related inspections as required by the QA strategy and system.
- A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience of working in a management role within the Construction and Groundworks industry with a quality assurance focus.
- Ability to adhere to the Company's health, safety, and welfare policies and procedures.
- High levels of knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office and other digital applications.
- Ability to manage large projects within tight deadlines.
