Job Title: Mobile Alarm Attendant

Job Summary:

The Mobile Alarm Attendant will work as part of the Mobile Alarm Attendant Team to provide an efficient and effective Community Alarm Service to support the most frail and vulnerable members of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in conjunction with internal and external agencies to ensure the provision of a high-quality Community Alarm Service.
  • Respond to customer call-out needs and provide support to vulnerable individuals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of the Community Alarm Service.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Grade 2 / Level 5 with an hourly rate from £13.76 - £14.85 and an annual salary from £21, - £23,.
  • 5% non-core allowance.
  • 4 on 4 off rotational early shift/back shift.
  • Regulated Work with children and/or adults as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) (PVG) Act.
