IT Support Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team at Spectrum IT Recruitment. As an IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our internal users and customers across 1st and 2nd line.

The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, with a strong understanding of Windows Server, Windows 10, and Office 365. You will also have exposure to network support and be able to work in a dynamic and technically challenging environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced 1st line engineer looking to step up to 2nd line or an established 2nd line support engineer looking for room to grow and take on more responsibility.

The company offers a starting salary up to £32,000 based on experience, scope for progression, training opportunities, and an excellent company culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support to internal users and customers
  • Resolving IT issues across 1st and 2nd line
