Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver in-house driver training programs, including periodic Driver CPC training.
  • Conduct training sessions for new employees and facilitate their onboarding process.
  • Assess and monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure all training needs are met.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on driver performance and training outcomes, utilizing coaching techniques as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of an LGV C&E Driving Licence is essential.

  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced driving qualifications are preferred.
