New Opportunity for a MRICS Building Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced MRICS Building Surveyor to join our team at a dynamic Chartered Building Surveying practice in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in conducting building surveys, managing projects, and prioritizing workloads effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting building surveys and providing expert advice to clients
  • Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Preparing building pathology reports and reinstatement cost assessments
  • Coordinating refurbishment schemes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Providing excellent client service and communication
Requirements:
  • MRICS qualification and Chartered Building Surveyor status
  • Proven experience in residential building surveying and project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
