Key Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers across the project
  • Ensure alignment between the client and suppliers on contractual deliverables and documentation
  • Chair regular project reviews with suppliers and functional leaders
  • Manage non-compliances and track supply and supplier risks
  • Negotiate contract variations and provide monthly status reports
  • Validate and approve supplier payments
Requirements
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Awareness of project management and commercial acumen
  • Experience in project and subcontractor management
  • Knowledge of ERP software, preferably IFS
  • APM certification an advantage
