Key Responsibilities- Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities with external contractors to ensure seamless execution.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve quality service and maintain high energy levels.
- Assist the management team in maintaining equipment and facilities, minimizing customer disruption.
- Ensure all Tesco sites are safe and functioning environments for customers and colleagues.
- Follow the planned work schedule to achieve first-time fix, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the Tesco brand by demonstrating our core values and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a maintenance, engineering, or construction environment.
- Digital confidence using a tablet to view daily work schedules and manage emails.
- Operational skills, including ONC or equivalent, full driving license, health and safety awareness, communication and collaboration, and Office 365 knowledge.
- Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary.
- Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus bank holidays).
- 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave (after 1 year's service) at full pay, followed by 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Adoption Pay.
