Responsibilities will include the creation of podcasts, social media posts, videos, webinars, and overseeing website updates to bolster our marketing efforts. A significant emphasis will be placed on establishing and promoting our organization as a leader in our sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Podcast Development and Oversight:

  • Design, plan, record, edit, and release captivating podcast and webinar episodes.
  • Promote and market the podcast to increase traffic and engagement on our website and social media platforms.

Social Media Management:

  • Assist in executing social media strategies across multiple channels.
  • Generate engaging content, including visuals, videos, and written posts aligned with our content strategy.
  • Track social media trends and analytics to enhance engagement and drive traffic.

Video and Webinar Production:

  • Organize, script, and create high-quality video content and webinars.
  • Oversee live and recorded webinar sessions, including technical setup and post-production tasks.

Website Content Management:

  • Regularly update website content to ensure it remains current and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the web development team to improve user experience.
  • Generate analytics reports to monitor and evaluate website traffic.

General Marketing Assistance:

  • Support email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Engage in and support the organization during industry events or trade shows.

Additional Responsibilities:

Thought Leadership Development:

  • Assist in crafting strategies to position the organization as a thought leader.
  • Create and disseminate insightful and authoritative content across various platforms with the collaboration of Subject Matter Experts and marketing team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or a comparable role.
  • Proficiency in multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Canva, WordPress).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively.
