IC Resources is seeking a highly experienced Senior IC Design Manager to lead and expand our ASIC design team. This is a groundbreaking opportunity to spearhead a novel chip development project for wearable applications.

The Senior IC Design Manager will oversee a team of analog and digital IC engineers responsible for designing a cutting-edge product line. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing all aspects of the design process from concept to production silicon
  • Product specification, architectural development, transistor-level and RTL design, modeling, verification at block and chip level, DFT, layout, physical design, and lab validation
  • Leading a team of engineers to achieve tape-out milestones

The ideal candidate for this role should possess:

  • Extensive technical expertise in either analog or digital IC design
  • Mixed-signal/DSP experience for those with a digital background
  • Strong leadership and technical management skills
  • Excellent communication and strategic skills
