Residential Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with a focus on new build residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of quantity surveys and estimates for new build residential projects
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure accurate and timely delivery of quantity surveys and estimates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure efficient procurement and delivery of materials
  • Monitor and control costs associated with new build residential projects
  • Provide support to the senior quantity surveyor in the management of quantity surveys and estimates

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on new build residential projects
  • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Full UK driving license
