Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our IT recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality recruitment solutions to clients, sourcing top IT talent, and managing the entire recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, referrals, and networking events to connect with top IT talent and build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships, driving revenue growth.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience as a successful recruitment consultant or business development consultant.

- Strong understanding of the IT industry and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
