Overview

Pitcher & Piano is seeking a skilled Waiting Staff professional to join our team at our iconic venue in Nottingham. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive and courteous service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage tables and ensure a smooth dining experience for all customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
