About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our residents across various care homes in your region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. You will also need to have a strong clinical knowledge and a good understanding of key regulatory frameworks, including the safe administration of medicines and NMC standards.
