Pizza Master

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pizza Chef to join our team at Motcombs St John's Wood. As a Pizza Chef, you will be responsible for creating high-quality pizzas that are both authentic and innovative.

• Pizza Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of gourmet pizzas, ensuring each one meets our high standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
• Dough Making: Expertly craft and manage dough, from mixing to proofing, to achieve the perfect balance of flavor and texture.
• Ingredient Selection: Source and work with top-quality ingredients, including seasonal and locally sourced produce, to create unique and flavorful pizzas.
• Menu Contribution: Collaborate with the Head Chef and culinary team to develop and refine the pizza menu, introducing new and exciting variations.
• Quality Control: Ensure consistency in every pizza, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work station, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and coordination during busy periods.

• Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in a high-end or upscale restaurant setting.
• Mastery of pizza dough preparation, including traditional and modern techniques.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, with a particular focus on pizza.
• Creative flair with the ability to design and execute unique pizza recipes.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and consistency.
• Formal culinary training or equivalent experience is preferred.
