About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Barista Maestro to join our team at Costa Coffee. As a Barista Maestro, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Baristas, ensuring high-quality customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Baristas to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
  • Train and mentor new Baristas to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in the store
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives
