Investment Client Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound enquiries from clients, investors, and advisors via telephone and email

Requirements:
  • Recent graduate (or similar) with 6 months+ experience in client services or customer service roles

  • Good IT literacy including MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge or understanding of investment management or retail investment products is highly beneficial
  • Proactive and flexible team player
