Regional Facilities Manager Opportunity

We are working with a well-respected property company to source a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee a cluster of commercial properties in the Bracknell area of Greater London.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage facilities and maintenance requirements for the buildings
  • Be the sole point of contact for customers and stakeholders
  • Oversee estate management, record keeping, sales management, finance, and limits of authority
Requirements:
  • Strong Total Facilities Management (TFM) skills
  • IOSH certification
  • Good understanding of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) systems
  • Experience in contractor management and budget management
  • Strong Health and Safety (H&S) knowledge
  • Ability to drive and self-motivation
