Childrens Home Deputy Manager

We are seeking an experienced Childrens Home Registered Manager to join our client in the Northeast.
This is a rare opportunity to join a progressive and informed group of homes which have a main focus of upholding the values and guidelines of a therapeutic community.
The home is a 3-bed residence that provides a safe and supportive environment for children and young people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to children and young people.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the home is run in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with other professionals, including social workers and healthcare professionals, to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
- Contribute to the development of the home's therapeutic community, including the creation of a safe and supportive environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Childrens Home Registered Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, young people, and professionals.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in residential care.
