Your Responsibilities:
  • Preparation and thorough analysis of monthly management accounts
  • Monthly completion of balance sheet reconciliations
  • Collaboration with Operations to prepare forecasts and budgets
  • Analysis of capital expenditures and development of business cases
  • Conducting regular site visits to ensure accurate financial reporting and support business development
  • Assisting with the annual audit process
  • Acting as a business partner to Contract Managers, providing financial insights to enhance efficiency and performance
  • Ensuring compliance with Group financial policies and procedures across all contracts
  • Overseeing general finance operations, including invoicing and monitoring systems
  • Collaborating with key sales personnel to assess the profitability of commercial tenders
What We Are Looking For:
  • Fully qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA Accountant
  • Experience in a commercial or professional setting, with proficiency in financial systems such as SAP, SAGE, or Workday
  • Expertise in multi-site account management and business partnering
  • Exceptional spreadsheet capabilities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in financial problem-solving and analysis
  • Broad system knowledge, ideally with Workday/SAP
  • Self-motivated and operationally savvy
