Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer at Novax Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our UK Division, you will be responsible for taking job specifications from clients, qualifying candidates, building relationships with new and existing clients, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and qualify potential candidates for job openings
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £23,000 basic, with realistic earnings over £30,000 in your first year and potential to exceed £45,000
