Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Bulk Planner to enhance our operations at Black Fox Solutions. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of delivery schedules and optimizing logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage delivery schedules to meet customer demands.
2. Identify and resolve logistical challenges effectively.
3. Oversee order management in alignment with customer requirements.
4. Monitor and address any failed deliveries promptly.
5. Maintain accurate and current customer data.
6. Coordinate driver schedules and rotations.
7. Conduct trip reconciliations to ensure operational efficiency.
8. Communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
9. Address customer inquiries and manage order placements.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience in a logistics or transport environment.
- Knowledge of transport regulations and working time directives.
