Housekeeping Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at the Roehampton Club Ltd. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of locker rooms, communal areas, and sports facilities in accordance with our cleaning schedules and health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure the communal areas of the Roehampton Club are presented to the highest standards at all times.
  • Undertake laundry duties as directed by the daily shift cleaning schedule.
  • Assist with the collection of laundry and other garments for collection by our cleaning contractor.
  • Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, responding to their queries and requests in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
