About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at Reiss. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team during our busy Christmas and Sales periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Pick and pack stock accurately and efficiently for online order fulfillment
  • Act as a Reiss Brand Ambassador, promoting our products and services to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless customer experience
