Woodbridge, Suffolk, United Kingdom National Trust Full time

Overview

Join a dynamic team in a vibrant environment where your contributions will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our visitors.

Work Schedule: 16 hours per week, including three weekday mornings and one weekend morning.

About the Workplace

Under the guidance of the Property Operations Manager, you will collaborate with a supportive team of three cleaning professionals. Your shifts will be distributed over four days, with opportunities for additional hours to cover for team members on leave. You will alternate between working independently and alongside a colleague. Shifts typically start at 07:00 and conclude between 10:00 and 11:00, depending on your schedule.

Each year, our site attracts over 140,000 visitors eager to explore a significant historical location. This site features various attractions, including an exhibition hall, café, shop, and educational facilities. During the winter months, the property is open less frequently, allowing the cleaning team to focus on thorough cleaning and preservation tasks (training will be provided).

As a Facility Maintenance Associate, your role will be pivotal in ensuring our property remains a welcoming and pristine destination. You will engage in various cleaning tasks, maintaining the functionality and cleanliness of all facilities. Your commitment to delivering outstanding customer service will be reflected in your proactive approach and dedication to a 'customer-first' philosophy.
