Early Years Educator


Nurse Seekers is seeking to recruit a Level 2 or 3 Qualified Early Years Educator for a charming private Day Nursery located in a convenient area of South East London, easily accessible via various public transport options.

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion, enthusiasm, and commitment to providing young children with the essential early years education and care necessary for their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meticulously observing and documenting children's learning and development.
  • Collaborating closely with management and team members to foster a secure learning environment that promotes holistic development through play.
  • Consistently adhering to the nursery's safeguarding policies.
  • Planning and implementing learning experiences in real-time, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Creating supportive environments that cater to individual needs, following the Froebelian approach.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with children and their families.
Requirements

  • A full and relevant Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare, such as EYE, NVQ, CACHE, or an equivalent recognized qualification.
  • A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Experience in a nursery setting.
  • The right to work in the UK and a clear enhanced DBS check.
