Key Responsibilities- Maintain the quality management system and UKAS accreditation
- Train and develop less experienced members of staff
- Validate and authorise laboratory results
- Provide exceptional patient care and service
- Resolve complex equipment or process problems
- Perform manual, semi-automated, and fully automated laboratory investigations
- Participate in the day-to-day management of stock control and usage
